I met this girl on youtube (i kno i kno) and we've been hitting it off really well, but I have no idea how these sort of things work. She doesn't live terribly far away so we should be able to actually meet up at some point not too far away, but it's still confusing for me. Is it possible for an 'official' relatiohship to work in this situation and how would one go about declaring that? And how long do you think a long distance thing could work before you have to move near eachother to keep it going?First time long-distance online relationship advice?

i was in your EXACT place a while ago. someone i who didnt live too far, we hit it off great, dated for a year, fell in love, and one day he just got up and left. the distance made to VERY hard to figure things out cause he cut off all contact.
its been 8 months and im still not over it, please dont risk it.
i know first hand it never works.
