I need advice(long distance relationship) help please?

We've been together a little over 4 years now. And i feel like we're falling apart. I'm 17 hes 18 and we live about 70 miles away from eachother.

This week his cousin from France started living with him and his family. we havent seen eachother in over 3 months cause we've just been packed with things to do. We talk every night and even sleep on the phone every night. And lately he calls me really late.. I AM SO SURE he is not cheating on me. We're not like that at all and we love eachother a lot and plan to get married in about 2-3 years. We were supposed to see eachother this weekend but he cant see me and then I decided well maybe the following weekend but hes going camping with his dad. But i feel like im going insane... Im the kind of person who needs someone to talk to I dont know why but i just am and i need someone to talk to....

but anyways what should i do about this??

How can I cope with this. I feel depressed and if your gonna be mean when you answer this then dont bother i really dont wanna hear it right now im just looking for help on what do do.... thanks :/I need advice(long distance relationship) help please?
It's unfortunate that he had to cancel coming to visit this weekend and that he is busy next weekend. You should let him know in the future how important those weekends are to you (maybe doing so now will just make him feel bad and get defensive, but the next time you plan a weekend try to say things like ';I'm so excited to see this weekend'; ';it really means a lot to me that you're coming to visit';).

I know it seems silly, but pay attention to your menstrual cycle as I've seen that women tend to get more needy around that time. You can even let him know that you're going through this ';needy time.'; If you are aware of your changing emotions, it makes it easier to not freak out until you're sure it isn't related to menstrual cycles or stress at school.

The best remedy, in my opinion, to getting over the feeling of being distant is to take effort to complete little acts of kindness. Find him something on the internet and ship it to his address as a small gift of caring. Send cards or letters to make it seem like he's closer. Having a physical item (not an e-mail) makes it seem like the person is closer.

It's also important to make sure that the weekends he cannot come to see you that you are keeping yourself busy so that you don't dwell on his absence. However, I would also make sure to let him know that you would enjoy sharing your experiences on that weekend with him so that he doesn't get the feeling that you don't need him or want him.

I hope that helps!
